Rustic Lamps to highlight your dining room

I am thinking of ways on how to decorate our dining room this year. I am on a budget so my ideas are quite limited to pieces which are not really expensive yet beautiful. One great example is putting rustic lamps in the two corners where we usually have coffee after dinner. I saw some great rustic lamp pieces at the warehouse n our area , but I am still looking out for other options online. Who knows, maybe I can get more discounts with online promotions, right?

The rustic lamp would certainly create a great mood in our dining room. It is perfect for family events and during times that we have friends and visitors over dinner. I would love to decorate our dining but my budget us a little low so I will stick with the lamps for the moment.

The Holiday Season gave me enough time to go over the Toys Section of 3 malls. It surely brings back memories of childhood when most toys are more manual and not battery operated. One of my favorite is the yoyo, I remember collecting a few pieces of different colors and sometimes they even have cartoon characters. Last Christmas, I bought some diabolo or popularly knows as the Chinese yoyos. It works same as with the usual yoyo but it looks a little different. The kids were thrilled o receive one and they are very enthusiastic to try it out. Diabolo is now popular and you can even purchase it online. It's a great toy that will enhance a child's motor skills .

Angus Beef Burger

My husband is a big fan of burgers. The last time we were at Edsa ShangriLa Hotel, we used our 50USD voucher from our Golden Circle Reward points. We ordered ala carte from the menu at Heat Restaurant. I ordered the Carbonara for the kids, Clubhouse sandwich for me and my husband got this Angus Beef Burger! Wow! I was amazed with the angus beef and the flavor is really distinct. We had a hard time finishing the foodbecause of the big servings. It was truly a great night of family moments and great food!

Safety on the road

Last night, when I was watching the primetime news, I heard about a road accident that killed 5 people and injured 20. It was really painful to hear that kind of news so after watching it I decided to switch my focus on to something else. I chanced upon the zero gravity windscreens available online. My friend was looking for one because he needs some windscreens for protection. Since I have some extra money , I decided to purchase it for him and I told him to just settle the balance once he has some extra too. It's quite hard to let a sale item pass especially when you really need it. Shopping was right there to save me from thinking too much of this sad news on TV.

Wedding Bells

Im happy to know that my best friend since High School is finally tying the knot. We have all been waiting for this moment because she is the only one left being single, I know there must be some pressure at any point. But it's a good thing she did not rush at all. She is now planning her dream wedding , she initially wanted something like weddings in barbados, but she decided to just have a garden wedding in their area to save on some costs. They will just hit the beach and the islands for their honeymoon. I am looking forward to her wedding because he chose my son, his godson , to be the ring bearer. Weddings are such great celebrations of unity and love, it reminds me of my wedding day as well.
