Thinking of having my own business

I guess it's time for me to invest in a business. I am doing good with work and I am hoping that it will continue in the months to come. One hit business now is the food cart. These carts are usually found in malls , near school areas, commercial buildings and sometimes you can even rent it out on birthday parties. I plan to start in determining how much capital would I need and a I need to look for a feasible location as well. A friend told me that equipment leasing is available online so I guess that would be easier and more convenient. Hopefully I can start planning the business soon, I need extra income for our growing family.

I am thinking of ways on how to decorate our dining room this year. I am on a budget so my ideas are quite limited to pieces which are not really expensive yet beautiful. One great example is putting rustic lamps in the two corners where we usually have coffee after dinner. I saw some great rustic lamp pieces at the warehouse n our area , but I am still looking out for other options online. Who knows, maybe I can get more discounts with online promotions, right?

The rustic lamp would certainly create a great mood in our dining room. It is perfect for family events and during times that we have friends and visitors over dinner. I would love to decorate our dining but my budget us a little low so I will stick with the lamps for the moment.

The Holiday Season gave me enough time to go over the Toys Section of 3 malls. It surely brings back memories of childhood when most toys are more manual and not battery operated. One of my favorite is the yoyo, I remember collecting a few pieces of different colors and sometimes they even have cartoon characters. Last Christmas, I bought some diabolo or popularly knows as the Chinese yoyos. It works same as with the usual yoyo but it looks a little different. The kids were thrilled o receive one and they are very enthusiastic to try it out. Diabolo is now popular and you can even purchase it online. It's a great toy that will enhance a child's motor skills .

My husband is a big fan of burgers. The last time we were at Edsa ShangriLa Hotel, we used our 50USD voucher from our Golden Circle Reward points. We ordered ala carte from the menu at Heat Restaurant. I ordered the Carbonara for the kids, Clubhouse sandwich for me and my husband got this Angus Beef Burger! Wow! I was amazed with the angus beef and the flavor is really distinct. We had a hard time finishing the foodbecause of the big servings. It was truly a great night of family moments and great food!

Safety on the road

Last night, when I was watching the primetime news, I heard about a road accident that killed 5 people and injured 20. It was really painful to hear that kind of news so after watching it I decided to switch my focus on to something else. I chanced upon the zero gravity windscreens available online. My friend was looking for one because he needs some windscreens for protection. Since I have some extra money , I decided to purchase it for him and I told him to just settle the balance once he has some extra too. It's quite hard to let a sale item pass especially when you really need it. Shopping was right there to save me from thinking too much of this sad news on TV.

Im happy to know that my best friend since High School is finally tying the knot. We have all been waiting for this moment because she is the only one left being single, I know there must be some pressure at any point. But it's a good thing she did not rush at all. She is now planning her dream wedding , she initially wanted something like weddings in barbados, but she decided to just have a garden wedding in their area to save on some costs. They will just hit the beach and the islands for their honeymoon. I am looking forward to her wedding because he chose my son, his godson , to be the ring bearer. Weddings are such great celebrations of unity and love, it reminds me of my wedding day as well.

December , as expected is such a busy month. As I tried to catch up with work, I also make it a point to attend Christmas Parties and Dinner with Friends. It is the time of the year where we meet our family, relatives, friends. office mates and even schoolmates. Aside from the food during parties, I enjoy catching up with their stories and joining some fun games too. During our High School Reunion, we even have some sports trophies that were used for the awarding ceremony. Christmas time is truly the most wonderful time of the year. I am hoping to celebrate it with my complete family next year. It's been 8 years since we were all together for the Holidays.

He has been using his old Nokia phone for years now , and lately he's experiencing problems whenever he makes a call. I thought of giving him this blackberry curve because of it's functionality. I'm sure he can use it to access his emails from work and at the same time, we can have exchange of BBM's. I know how he wanted to have a new phone, but I told him maybe we can check out some phones after the Holidays when the mall is not packed with shoppers anymore. I bet he will be surprised to see a new cellphone on Christmas eve.

Aside from this phone, I got him a new polo shirt to match my son's polo shirt as well. They like going out together with same clothes.

I went to visit my cousin's dermatology clinic last week and I am so happy to see that she has already established customers in their area. She has a nice, well - designed clinic and I love how the colors white and pink suits the place. They now have a credit card machine for card transactions and they finally have the Epson TM-T88V receipt printer. The business is now in full swing and I am wishing her all the best. Now that the Holidays are coming , I am sure more and more clients will go to her clinic. It is very appropriate that they have these machines for easier business transactions. It was one great week for my family. My husband and I received some great news from work and we are both ecstatic to share it with each other. I went to a dinner with friends last week and aside from the great selection of food at the restaurants area, I also had a grand time with the desserts. I like this semi- sweet chocolate cakes in bite size pieces. It was so good I think i ate 5 pieces in one seating. The service at the restaurant was good too, the food servers are very attentive if they need to clean up something at our tables. I heard they have Food Service Assistant Jobs posted at the local newspaper because they are currently for expansion in other branches. A new desktop computer

It's been a year since our desktop computer crashed down and my husband tried to fix it many times, sadly he failed. I am quite afraid that some of my files cannot be recovered anymore. Lesson learned, always have a backup of your files. This year we are thinking of getting a new desktop computer and we are looking at Ordinateurs de bureau, a french brand of high quality desktop computers. I just cant work at my netbook all the time because it cannot accommodate all the files that I have. Can you suggest other good brands as well? We are still comparing prices and specifications and we welcome suggestions.

My sister's laptop finally gave up. It just won't open anymore, won't charge , there's nothing you can do anymore. It has been showing some signs of breakdown when the battery life got really short, and the screen would sometime flicker. So now she is looking for a new laptop because she needs it for her online job as well. She now looking for a new laptop, specifically acer laptops . I have an Acer before and I can attest to it's durability over time. I just gave it to my cousin who needs a laptop for college. We are still searching where to find the perfect selling price. Do you know where we can grab an acer laptop with a big discount? I hope we can buy soon because she has a lot of work lined up and she currently shares with my laptop to get some work done.

We had a great time this weekend with the relatives of my husband. Its a post- birthday celebration and a small reunion for the cousins as well. We were not able to see them last Family Reunion because my husband got into an accident. We talked about so many things like work, shopping, family life and even vehicles! Boys will be boys, right? So they spent an hour talking about vehicles, car parts and even the curt trailer hitches that my cousin in law needs for his business vehicle. It was truly one great night for all of us. I really wish we can do this often, even just some coffee night so we are still updated with each other's lives. We ended the night with a cup of hot tea and some english pastries.

During our recent vacation at Shangri La, Cebu with my friends and their families, we feasted with their food, in all of their restaurants! Saturday lunch was spent at Acqua , an Italian restaurant that gives you the view of their Ocean Wing Swimming pool and the beach. We had Spaghetti Bolognese, Arabbiata , Carbonnara and Pizzas. The Arabbiata became my current favorite while my kids enjoyed the Carbonarra and Hawaiian Pizza. We were so full after that some of us decided to take a nap in their rooms. I am making the most out of my free time today. Aside from arranging the clothes of the kids, I also finished some of my office works while they were sleeping. Last month was our 6th wedding anniversary and I had a hard time thinking of what to give my husband. I initially thought of giving him an iPad but he told me that he doesn't see his major use for it. He is happy working and checking all his emails in his laptop and his current mobile phone. Sad news

I was doing my usual Facebook Checking last night when I came across my friend's photo and it looked something like a small car from the small picture. When I checked the series of photos, I found out that they got into a car accident. I just feel relieved when I found out that they are all safe. They were all brought to the hospital after the incident for proper check up. Now he is dealing with a Houston Truck Accident Attorney because they are filing a complaint about the incident. He said that it was completely not his fault because he was driving at the right lane when a truck suddenly hit them from the side. That's the only story he can share for now and I understand that he is still recovering from this trauma. I am just thankful that they are all safe now.

I miss this one! I got really sick for a week that I wasn't allowed to eat anything sweet and cold. Last night, me and my family had a great dinner with friends and I went all out eating the foods I am craving for. My throat is a lot better now though I still didn't had ice cream to keep it safe. I have read a lot of health magazines already the whole time I was just in bed ( yes, I even read some testosterone gel reviews) and I learned a lot from my one week hiatus. It's great to sometimes take a break from everything and go back to my first love which is reading.

Its one busy Saturday. We went to the kids Pediatrician because my son has fever. After that, I dropped by the mall to buy some milk and diaper too. The heat is becoming unbearable already.

We were at the mall looking for a barcode scanner when I passed by a restaurant that sells fresh Buco Juice! Oh, I immediately ordered two for me and my cousin. I love how fresh and refreshing it is! The juice cam straight from the fruit itself. I just asked for some ice to make it a little colder.

After we got our fresh juice, we were able to go around the mall, feeling refreshed. After which, we finally purchased a barcode scanner for my cousin's mini grocery store.

Summer is getting worse.. I hope that this won't make me and my kids really sick.

I was so delighted to learn that my sis wants to continue with her masteral degree next school year. She graduated with a degree in Accountancy and now she would like to enhance her education with Master studies. She is currently viewing her options on mba management and thinking of where to enroll. Hopefully she can land on a good college institution near our place. She really wanted to pursue her education last year but she got really busy with work. My dear friends from high school decided to have an outreach program twice a year. We started it last December 2010 and we chose an orphanage that is near our school. By June , we will have our next outreach and we chose a public hospital for kids. We are still pooling materials and donations from our sponsors. We already have boxes of medicines and now we would like to purchase medical computer carts for the pediatric ward using the cash donation that we have. We are just looking for the best suppliers to get bigger discounts. We are all excited for this event and we are hoping that with the cooperation of our batch mates, this will be a big success.

I have to say that i love the month of April for 3 reasons. First, it's the birthday month of my son. Second, my mom stayed in our place for a month . We miss her so much that we simply want to be with her every single day. Lastly, work finally picked up this month! I've been waiting for the time that work will start to come in bulk again, and so the time came last week. I was so busy since Easter Sunday juggling with work and quality time with my family. What I did was be with my kids and mom the whole day and do my work at night. I don't care looking like a zombie because I have the best eye cream for dark circles. It really works a lot for me who is a vampire. I will just try to catch more sleep this weekend since the husband is here and he can look after the kids in the afternoon.

The first quarter of the year is not that good for me financially. Work was a bit low and expenses came pouring in at the same time. I am just very thankful that despite these instances, I was able to save up from my income last year. And though work was low, I was given some extra tasks by some of my regular clients. I have to admit that I got really conscious with my health after I found out that my husband has diabetes . I've been eating a lot of junk recently , and I know it is not healthy for me , and it's not a good example for the kids too. So the last time we went to the grocery, I avoided that section and got healthier stuff like fruits and veggies. The fruit medley section is now my favorite.

Another thing is I do a lot of reading now. Thank you to my iPhone, I downloaded a lot of ebooks about health with topics like diabetes, asthma and even mesothelioma treatments.When I am not sleepy at night, I read and read. Now that is a better way of educating myself , right?

Last week was my son's Moving Up Day in school and they had some dance presentations for the parents. I am one proud mom that even after the event, I went to the stage to take pictures with my son. I guess most moms I know are like that.

The only part that I hate was when I saw the pictures. Goodness, I really gained weight and the pictures would prove it! At first , I thought it was just my outfit that day, but no, I really gained weight even if I will just wear a simple tank top. Now I am thinking if I will try some diet pills in the market. I have some swimming parties and out of town trips soon and I certainly need to lose the extra pounds. I plan to read more about these diet pills and if they really have side effects. I remember I saw an article before about oxyelite pro side effects. I have to find it now so that could enlighten me if I will try the product or just forget about it. Well,. some of my friends tried the pills already, and they told me that it really works together with the proper diet. Lets wait and see.

Stir-Fried Vegetables

We are trying to eat healthy meals here at home now. Every week, I plan to serve vegetable meals at least once or twice. Last night, we had broccoli, asparagus and carrots. I just put a little water and oyster sauce for the taste. I am thankful that my kids are starting to love broccoli too. I just cut it into small parts and I don't give them the stems for now.

I remember that during the early 90's bodystockings has been very popular to those who are doing some dance presentations and numbers. Mostly that I have seen are nude colored ones and it is used to cover the entire body in such a way that you won't notice that it is covered. Now , I was amazed with the wide selection of bodystockings available online. Some are even sexier that I imagined it to be. You may check out some lingerie stores if you are looking for one. There are even some fish net designs that I have seen. These stockings are not for me I guess. I am not quite confident to wear one at all, and yes I think I need to lose more weight if ever I will decide to wear one.

My husband seldom shops for new clothes unless he needs it for a certain occasion or when he has to get some replacement for old ones. Last weekend, he bought a few rocawear tops that he can use for work. Lately he is into long sleeves because he told me how cold it is in their manufacturing plant.

He bought these two items and chose dark colored ones because he has too many light shirts already. As for me, I didn't shopped for anything. I guess it has been a month already that I am not buying clothes for myself. I just feel that I have too much in my closet now and some are worn only once or twice. I am pretty sure some ladies out there will agree with how I feel. Oh well, I am just happy that my husband finally decided to shop for himself.

Doing some house repairs and cleaning

It's officially vacation time for Kid1 ! I am not planning to do anything for 3 days except to sleep and rest to my heart's desire. Day 1 is today and I woke up at 10:30 am . So I still have 2 days before I finally start with some repairs and cleaning here at home. I will start with the kids clothes and closet because it is popping out of their cabinets already. Next week will be for some repairs,just minor ones and we will be doing it by ourselves. My husband is excited to use the two step stool that he bought on sale last week. There's so much to check and to fix before my mom finally arrives by April. I am pretty sure my schedule will be hectic once more so I better fix everything now. Oh and by the way, I have to squeeze in everything after my kids summer activities. I guess I cannot really call it a vacation.

Weekend break

This is the spectacular view from our room at Sofitel. The sunset at Manila Bay is truly breathtaking so we enjoyed watching it til dinner. Water at the swimming pool was cold, my kids enjoyed it only for a short time since I am afraid that they might catch colds after. Instead They played for hours at the playground and enjoyed the little sandbox there.

I love it when we get to spend times like this. We take a break from our usual busy life and just enjoy moments with each other. I am hoping to have more quality time this Summer.

I already blogged before about my dad's coin collection. He started collecting when he was assigned to another country because of his job. We had a good time at Sofitel last weekend. Sofitel experience won't be complete if you will not try their Spiral buffet. Me and my family stayed there overnight and decided to have dinner using my membership card. They offer discounts at Sofitel if you are a member.

I love the wide selection of their food and their cooking stations too. Here's a picture of the crepe I had. it has mangoes inside and then I asked for some chocolate syrup. I then put some sliced almonds on top and chocolate ice cream! Yes, i super love it! Aside form the crepe, I enjoyed the steak, lambchops and the shawarma too. We will surely go back there this month.

Grilled Salmon Recipe

Health is Wealth. Such a simple phrase that most of us would often ignore. Now that we found out my husband is diabetic, I make it a point that I cook healthy meals whenever he is at home. I want him to maintain a healthy lifestyle too. He is currently taking some medicines for diabetes to make sure his sugar level is under control. I was joking him that he can have the best creatine supplement too so he will have firm muscles and a toned body. Oh well, I guess he better live with a new eating habit.. that is mostly fish .

Here's a Grilled Salmon Recipe I found online. I will be trying it out for tomorrow's dinner.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

How to Cook:

Season salmon fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved. Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Lightly oil grill grate. Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Last Monday, me and my husband celebrated the Valentine's Day at my son's school. Parents were invited to be with their kids to enjoy the Hearts Day. The place was filled with red hearts and flowers. The outdoors even have a beautiful fig tree with some small heart decors. The kids made a photo frame , while the parents made a Valentine's Card for them. Food was really yummy from the main course down to the desserts. They even gave moms a cupcake as gifts. I really had a great time with my boys that morning. What a way to celebrate the Love Day with the people you love the most.

My eyes aren't feeling well since the other day. I thought I will have sore eyes anytime, but until yesterday, no signs of redness. I decided to take a trip to my ophthalmologist. Some tests were done and there, I found out I need new prescription eyeglasses. That's it! Maybe thats another reason why Im feeling a little dizzy too the other day. So I got myself new eyeglasses and I was lucky enough because I just need to wait for an hour to get my new pair. I went to the mall to have snacks and did a little food shopping for the kids. This is my son's current favorite, okay, its my favorite too!

December and January became a month of extreme expenses. Christmas gifts, parties, dinners.. overall I can say it was worth it because I spend it with my family and friends, i just went overboard I guess. We went to the mall last weekend to look for a mattress for sale. It's been an overdue task for me , to get a new mattress for our bed. There was a home furniture sale that time and it was so timely to buy one because of the big discount in the retail price. I would have gotten a bed frame too but what we have now is still good enough so I better save my money for something else. My sister asked me , what is three best diet pill on the market ? Of course I can't give her any answer at first because I haven't tried any. I just usually read articles about diet pills but never had the drive to try it out. She is attending a wedding soon that's why she is decided to trim down some excess weight that she got even before the Holidays. I told her, she can start now by trying to avoid junk food and doing some exercise every morning . I believe it doesn't only require diet to have a great looking body but proper exercise as well. Chicken Satay and Clubhouse Sandwich at Shangri La, Mactan. These are just two of my favorites in that place.Our vacation last November was simply one of the best because we had a great bonding moment at the beach with my family. I was also able to enjoy great food at the resort. I won't be surprised if I will need diet pills soon like hoodia . During the Holidays , I also had a great time eating with my family, there were lots of reunions and parties,and I simply can't say No with all the food. A new printer

Finally, after looking at a number of epson printers , we were able to buy one last week. Would you believe that we don't have a printer for 4 years because I don't see the need for it yet. When my child started with preschool, that's the time that I checked out the printers at the mall. I am so glad we got one, i find it useful not only with school works but in other things as well.I was able to print some pictures in photo paper and I used it for my daughter's birthday. Now , I feel excited with some printouts of our note card and gift tags. I should have gotten this even before my child started with schooling, but i guess, its never too late!

I took this shot using my Lumix Camera, don't you just love the colors? This was during our Christmas eve dinner at the Hotel. I got too busy playing with my sister's htc sense that I forgot to take lots of picture of the yummy food. I should have tried the smartphone's camera feature to see if it will also take good pictures.

Anyway, back to the buffet . We all enjoyed eating that night, Food was superb and the menu line up is extensive. There's Korean, Japanese, American,Filipino and even Italian! My kids enjoyed the cakes and the Gelato. Hopefully we can dine again on my son's birthday.

Cooking and online shopping

I was busy preparing our breakfast yesterday when I remembered that my mom asked me to get her compression stockings at the mall last Sunday. How can I ever forget that, she called me twice to remind me. It's already Wednesday so the best thing I can do now is to order online for her. So while frying some hotdog and bacon for breakfast, I opened my laptop and ordered it online. Voila! even before I wake up my kids , I'm already done with ordering. I had it shipped directly to her place since I am out of town this weekend. Thank heavens for online shopping! Well, you can also say that I am good with multi - tasking!

Bibingka at Manila Hotel

During our 3 days stay at Manila Hotel during Christmas time, we didn't let the opportunity to pass without trying their Bibingka (twice!). Bibingka is a native rice cake in the Philippines that is popular during the Holiday Season. This version of the hotel is really good, with white cheese and salted egg on top. Whip a little butter as soon as it's served (hot!) for that great taste. My sister and I shared this plate and paired it with Mango Juice. On our Second night, I ordered again with my husband after dinner.

Hopefully we can visit the hotel again and eat this yummy rice cake with the kids.

what to do

My cousin will be staying in our place for two months or so , so she is thinking what she can do during her free time aside from going to the mall and playing with the kids. I suggested she try some online programs for education like the massage therapy program online. Or maybe she can also go to a beauty school which offers some short courses. I don't want her to get bored here so I plan to bring her to different places everyday. She feels excited with this vacation stay and hopefully she will enjoy her stay with us.

Treating Adult Acne

I was waiting for my spaghetti noodles to cook the other day so I browse through some magazines in our kitchen. Just before the year ended, we did some repairs here at home. Some lights needs replacement already especially in our garden area. Since we will be hosting parties, I decided to have it fixed so we will have a brighter light by evening. We also fixed some things in our guest bathroom. Thankfully, the kohler parts are easily available online so we just ordered from there and have it shipped in our house. New Year costume Party

We had a New year costume party last December 31 with our friends. Our theme was favorite sports uniform so I got myself an equestrian apparel to complete my look. My husband was in his favorite basketball jersey. It was one fun night with friends and their families. We had potluck for our food and I bought Lasagna and garlic bread to go with it. People said I look thin with the boots and pants I wore that night, but honestly, I think I gained weight during the holidays. Who wouldn't? Almost everyday we would attend to parties and even bring home some goodies! Hope I can upload some more pictures in the coming days. Its back to work time for me!

We decided to have dinner in or favorite Japanese restaurant and left early because I am anticipating the traffic. I didn't expected things to be exaggerated this weekend. Traffic was so bad we decided to eat somewhere else because we are hungry already. I thought I will be needing the best anti wrinkle cream because of what I experienced. Tomorrow is Sunday, I just want to hear mass in our church and stay home with the kids. If you have nothing to do outside,, just stay at home to avoid traffic that might just ruin your day. I wasn't able to blog much lately because I am feeling sick. Maybe because I do so many things everyday that I don't get enough sleep anymore. Work and house chores are getting in my way, I can't seem to handle my daily schedule well. So I took a break last weekend to rest. I am too scared to be hospitalized even if we have an affordable health insurance. My kids need me , I seriously cant afford to be sick. Getting enough rest is truly the answer. He knows that I need more time to work while Im waiting for my son at school. So far so good, i love the size of the keyboard, it feels like my usual laptop. This is solely for work so I am not putting too much applications as it will just tempt me to play and fix my pictures. Now I can bring this anywhere since I have a prepaid internet too. At most times, i check emails through my mobile phone, but it is still different when you have a laptop you can work on. Hopefully this will last long with me, just like my previous laptop.

Its December, and you know what this month means ? Holiday, celebrations and great food! There is no room for any diet this month. I always love December because I feel like everyone is so happy and anticipating the holidays. I am anticipating the food at the dining table too. I bet I will gain weight after the season ,I'm actually thinking of trying out some fat burners, but I have read recently that there are side effects of fat burners so I had second thoughts with it. Any insights you can share? I want to be sure that I will be on the safe side if ever I will try these fat burners. I spent the afternoon reading some magazines, trying to look for new recipes that I can cook for my family. At first I was reading this health and beauty magazine where I learned so many things about blackhead treatments . I get irritated with a blackhead breakout so I wrote down some tips from the featured article. Then I also grabbed my latest copy of a food magazine and found some yummy recipes perfect for the Holidays. I am actually thinking of what to prepare for the Holidays. I wanted something extra special for us on these very special days. Any suggestions? I also need new daily recipes, I am tired of cooking the same stuff every week. I've been receiving newsletters, emails and messages from my friends regarding great deals for the Black Friday Sale. The offers are really tempting, but I guess when you don't have the budget its easy to turn it down. I had been into a series of expenses(valid ones) so I cannot splurge much on shopping now. Oh what a gastronomic delight! If I will be presented with these seafoods, I am sure that I will not hesitate to try out everything and completely delight myself with its flavor and yummyness. The only thing that might affect me is the thought of gaining weight again. Maybe I should try that phentirmene 37.5mg so I can feast with seafoods. Its the time of the year again ! I sent an email to our agent and asked for our car insurance rate since we it is for renewal. The rate is good for our comprehensive insurance term. We have been getting our car insurance from them since we had our car in 2005 and I really like their professionalism and service to their customers. No wonder , they have many loyal ones already. The husband is planning to get a van for next year since the kids are growing up. I am sure that we will also get a car insurance from them. Just got home from the grocery and I need to arrange things first when I realized I have to check my emails because I need to reply to my cousin about her lipofuze review compilation. I almost forgot about the deadline that's why I rushed my work prior to arranging things in the house. Could you believe that we are off to the beach again this month? Well, I can't believe it my self too. It was a birthday invitation by my sister,and who am I to say no to our favorite place, right? I was lucky enough to grab a discounted airfare and hotel promotions. I am starting to prepare our things now because we are leaving for next week. You can't expect me to do things during weekdays because I am busy with house chores. I am bringing some Ladies Hats this time to avoid too much heat of the sun from touching my face. I still have our Sunblock so I will only be needing a few stuff from the grocery. My kids are excited with this trip , they can't wit for next week.

Lights to brighten up your day

This is just one of the lovely chandeliers at Manila Hotel. We went there for lunch buffet and trick or treat , and most of the lights were turned on for that very luxurious atmosphere. The lighting certainly gives you a different feeling. Most of the lights at the restaurant are set for a romantic mood, while the lights at the main lobby can brighten up your day. This has the same effects too at house. With the proper lighting , one can certainly set the mood in the room. Five stars for all the lights at the hotel, I just love it!

My kids went to a Halloween party at Manila Hotel today.Before the activities, we first had a lunch buffet at their restaurant and we had a feast! I enjoyed their dessert buffet because I love trying out those sweets!It's totally hard to resist! No wonder they had trophies and awards for their great food selection. My sister is so envy she wasn't able to join us so I promised her we will go there next month on her birthday. I love the mango cheesecake and chocolate mousse the most!
